No good, very bad day

This is one of those posts I shouldn't post. But since my sense of propriety got shot off in the war, well, can you blame me? Bud got his haircut in Mississippi while he was away on business. He hates the haircut. The hairdresser cut his sideburns off and overall made him look like a ten year old. Except for, a ten year old haircut isn't really the end of the world, it grows out soon, he just looks sort of pocket-protector-esque for a week or two. But this particular haircut is really bothering him. Which makes me laugh. Which makes him angry. Which makes me laugh harder. He stood at the doorway this morning, his body language just threatening to leave without giving me a kiss until I asked him, "Well, are you going to leave without a kiss?" to which he yelled, "Well, are you going to ACT RIGHT?" Except for, it sounded more like, "Are you gonna act RAHT?" So then, I laughed more. I can't help myself, his indignation makes it even funnier. Earlier, I had been trying to soothe him by saying if he didn't make a big deal of it, no one else was going to. It was his attitude that made it such a glaring haircut. He whirled around, brush in hand and said, "Yeah, right, I look like I'm from Dumb and Dumber," I kept pleading with him that my laughter was in the way he was acting, not the haircut, but his already embarassed feelings just weren't having it. "P..p..please, haha, it's not the haircut...it...it's" But there was no use, he just glared in response.

I will have to change my status on facebook to "single" if I post a picture of his haircut. But I'll see if I can convince him...
