What we actually did

Wee (get it?) did manage to make it to the parade yesterday, and I'm glad we did. We met up with a couple Bud knows through work and did a mini bar crawl through 5 Points. At the Mellow Mushroom we stumbled upon these bagpipers and also! I got a free tshirt. I hate free tshirts on the whole but this one is pale pink and says Irish Whiskey on it in tasteful, small green lettering. Obviously some marketing department is becoming wise to the fact that most of us don't appreciate large, bulky, shapeless tshirts with your logo splashed uglily across the front. The first picture looks like the bagpiper is all, "I SEE YOU taking my picture!" and the second is a poor woman who looks like she's trying to get out of the picture, unsucessfully. Also? Something I am terrible happy about? I found this perfect pattern yesterday at the fabric store and Bud and I spent all morning making our chairs look like this:
