Why don't they just call it mold?

Yesterday the three of us went along with Bud on one of his nearby job sites. It went something like this: "TREE 18?!" (Bud) "7.5 WITH RUST!" (Me) "WITH RUST?!" "YES WITH RUST," "TREE 19?" "Uh, whoops! It's the one with rust," "What?!" "Sorry, I was off a tree! 19 is the one with rust," Yes, rust is a tree fungus. Duh. We also stopped at a charming old fashioned gas station on the way home and a pecan store that had plenty of items with YOUR name on them. Unfortunately, I don't want a candle in a ceramic pot that says, "Holly" on it since that would confuse my guests when I burned it. Too bad. But we did eat many, many samples of different flavored pecans especially the ones dipped in caramel and chocolate. Many.
